Sponsorship Information
The Texas Conference on Student Success provides potential sponsors and exhibitors a chance to engage and network with education professionals committed to student success in higher education. We are excited to partner with Texas State University for 2026 to bring our growing conference to San Marcos.
The 2025 conference brought together nearly 700 attendees from a range of professional levels and from institutions across the state.

For TXCSS 2026, each sponsorship level includes at least one registration, your organization’s logo featured on marketing platforms (including the official TXCSS website and social media platforms), and your organization’s information listed in the conference app.

Do you want to maximize your time at the conference by hosting a meeting with your team or colleagues from other institutions? If you would like to host a meeting, retreat, or roundtable discussion prior to the start or after the conclusion of the conference, you can reserve a reserve a room for $250 per hour! (Rooms include AV package and table/chair set-up)
Add-On Details:
- *Conference registration(s) included – Representative(s) from your company/organization will be provided with a discount code to attend the conference events, education sessions, meals, and other experiences offered to attendees for free. The number of registrations included will be dependent on Sponsorship Level. Registration code and information will be sent to you after the
sponsorship payment has been received. - *Logo on website and signage during conference – Your company/organization will be featured on our website on the Sponsorship page. Additionally, we will have signage throughout the conference where your company/organization will be featured.
- *Sponsor/Exhibitor catalog listing within conference app – Your company/organization will be featured in our conference app. Size and location/placement will be dependent on Sponsorship Level.
- Include a branded promotional/marketing item in conference bags – Your company/organization will be able to include a marketing item in our conference bag. The items must be delivered no later than the middle of September.
- 6’x8’ booth with a table, linen, and two chairs in our exhibit area – Your company/organization will be provided a booth in our exhibit area, which will be accessible by attendees throughout the conference. The location of the exhibit area is close to our hospitality areas, plenary conference sessions, and education sessions.
- 6’x8’ booth + 10 drink tickets – In addition to your booth, we will provide you with 10 drink tickets. The drink tickets can be distributed on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference. These drinks tickets can be used by attendees at the social event on the evening of Day 2. Our committee will be able to provide support and coordination on how to best distribute these drink tickets to
attendees to encourage engagement. - Receive a list of attendees – Your company/organization will be given a list of attendees five business days before the first day of the conference. The list will include attendees’ names, emails, institutions, and roles.
- Present during an education session – Your company/organization will be given the opportunity to present during our conference. Details about your education session will need to be submitted by the beginning of September.
- Creative Catalyst Graphic Recording (Days 1-3) – A graphic recording through Creative Catalyst mesmerizes viewers and brings event content to life in colorful words and pictures that are visible, tangible, actionable, and unforgettable – and can you have your logo on it! The graphic recording will occur on Day 1, and the board(s) will stay up throughout the rest of the conference. Learn more about these graphic recordings!
- Sponsor the Keynote on Day 1 or Closing Session on Day 3 – Your company/organization will be the primary sponsor for either the “Keynote” session, which is scheduled on Day 1, or the “Closing Session,” which will be hosted towards the end of the conference on Day 3. With this selection, your package will include the opportunity to introduce the keynote, speaker, and/or panelists for the respective session.
- Sponsor the Poster Session & Happy Hour on Day 1 or Social Event on Day 2 – Your company/organization will be the primary sponsor for either the “Poster Session & Happy Hour” session, which is scheduled after the keynote speaker on Day 1, or the “Social Event,” which will be hosted in the evening on Day 2. With this selection, your package will automatically include a Booth for the conference as well as an opportunity for you to show a short video or speak briefly on stage.
- New opportunity for 2026: If you would like to host a meeting, retreat, or roundtable discussion prior to the start or after the conclusion of the conference, you can reserve a reserve a room for $250 per hour. Room includes AV package and table/chair setup. (Rooms are available for use between 12:00pm-3:00pm on Wednesday, October 7, and 12:30-3:00pm on Friday, October 9.)

Sponsorship packages are non-refundable.
